Interagency Agreement
The DOH/DACS
Interagency Agreement (pdf <1mb) (opens in a new window) was signed and executed in
August 2000.
The agreement delegates the authority over Limited Use Commercial
Public Drinking Water Systems serving Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services (DACS)-regulated dairies and
milk plants to the DACS, Division of Dairy Industry.
The Department of Health retains responsibility for limited use community or private
drinking water systems used for residences on or adjacent to dairy
farms and milk plants. |
