OKALOOSA COUNTY PACE-EH GRANT
PROJECT STATUS REPORT
September, 2004
Data has been collected for causes of death over the
past five years in Okaloosa County.
A computer software program has been purchased to analyze the data.
The telephone surveys will pick back up this week. There has been a
temporary halt due to Hurricane Ivan. We have contracted with
Manpower to provide additional people to help with the telephone
survey.
The survey is expected to be complete by the second week of
November. Survey results will be placed into the computer program
and we will begin the report generation by the first week in
December. The report is expected to be complete before Christmas.
