The Department of Health announces a workshop of the Bureau of Onsite Sewage Programs to which all persons are invited,
as advertised in the
Florida Administrative Weekly.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Permitting and approval standards of onsite sewage treatment systems that provide treatment
other than a septic tank, such as performance based treatment systems, aerobic treatment units, and innovative systems. These

This is a follow-up to a similar conference call/workshop held in June 2010 with predominantly manufacturers' representatives
in attendance. Draft rule language has been considered by the Department's Technical Review and Advisory Panel, most recently
on December 02, 2010, and will again be considered on October 11, 2011. See the
